For those of you new to the Google Apps , it is better first to understand the lexicon used by Google to differentiate between its various services. Understanding this terminology will enable you to make informed decisions as to what applications you might need to have recourse to in your teaching. It will also allow you to comprehend what people mean when they talk about these services. Often times, people, unknowingly, use Google Apps and Google for Education interchangeably which is a fallacy that should be avoided.
